Wondering if there are any runners here? I will be in Seattle running the Rock n Roll marathon with Team in Training on the 27th in honor of my 5 year old niece. Anyone else running it?

 

I'm doing it along with Josh aka Bosco. Can you believe how fast it sold out? It's going to be a hot one for sure!

 

Yeah it sold out pretty quick since its an inaugural run.........are you running for a cause or just because?

 

This year I'm not running for a cause but in the past I have run other marathons for various causes. You mentioned doing it in honor of your 5 year old niece?

 

Yes, she was diagnosed with ALL a month after her 4th Bday. She just turned 5 on May 28th and had spinal chemo.......not a gift a 5 yr old wants.....let alone anyone. She's in remission but has a long way to go. Plus she lives in Seattle so the run mean that much more This is why I run........
