Tuesday the 14th is fine with me if it ends up being a weekday.

 

Steve aka: Red Bogey suggested Carnation golf course as well. I've been there before and it's a forgiving course for beginners/intermediate. It's also not very expensive to play and they have a decent cafe up there too! It's a pretty course to walk around.

 

Just let me know what day it it for sure and even if it is a weekday I should be able to make it out. I played like 5-6 times since the driving range day and I have really gotten my swing back which is a huge relief!

 

Wish I could say the same for myself about my swing.

 

I played Kenwanda yesterday (BLEH!) and ended up shooting an 86. That's only 3 shots off my all time best. Maybe I should only play every other year and I can keep my average down!

 

I found consistent contact and distance again but it is still a crap shoot on direction. I want to go play right now or at least go to the range but hardly being able to walk is hindering this thought.

 

Funny, I played Kenwanda on Saturday. The course was actually pretty nice... 86 is a nice score.. I wish I was that good.

 

Ya aside from it being a very hilly/unlevel course, it played really well. The big difference this time around was my drive. I don't think I missed the fairway by much more than 2 times.

 

I have been golfing off the dock every day and my drive is getting better and better. Then I played on Sunday and shot a 72... (At the par three with the girl... YIKES)

 

Ha, I haven't played Kenwanda in years. I think the guy that used to own it also owned Flowing Lakes. If you think Kenwanda is hilly, play Flowing Lakes.
I played Tam O'Shanter a couple of weeks ago. Very nicely taken care of for a small private course. I was really impressed.

 

So it looks like the Weekday won out this time. Let's plan on the 14th @ Bellevue Municipal. Any preference for time? I'll need a head count to get a tee time reserved.
