I think he already had some other stuff pending which is why I think he made the news. I know he was doing his best to behave when we saw him.

dont be fooled....I get to fight DUI cases with BAC levels lower than .08. The City/State will file DUI charges where the BAC levels are as low as .04. Further, the City/State will file DUI charges where the defendant is on prescribed medication!

I doubt he could hear the sound of his car. The only acceptable thing to listen to at those type of speeds is the Blade 1 soundtrack.
