Spring 2011 Drive to Whistler the back way
Last year I gathered a few friends for a 3 day trip through Darrington, into Canada's Okanogan wine country, over the Eagles Nest Hiway, then back roads into Whistler and a wine dinner. This year we're looking at doing it again in late May. Hotels visited; Spirit Ridge Vineyard and Spa Resort, and the Whistler 4 Seasons. A good group rate was available. A route map is attached.
If anyone is interested, send me a note. The Eagles Nest Hiway is one of the most epic driving roads I have ever seen...
