Oregon? I heard from Jag and he doesnt know anyone? An internet search shows nothing? what gives? Is it impossible to fight a ticket. I got one going 51 in a 35.
print a copy of your driving record, write a check for the $190 or whatever the ticket amount is. Check the contest box and write a letter to the court stating why you should have your ticket reduced. They will send you a rebate check for however much they feel your contention is worth. Roughly 30% back. Or you pay the $800 retainer for the local attorney who will go to court and do exactly the same thing I mentioned above and the results will honestly be no different.
I speak from experience from two months ago. Good luck.

Try to have your cit transferred to a court-house out of the area... Great idea from small cities locally to send it to Los Angeles courts, its a MAD-HOUSE there and most small city cops will never show...
Good Luck,
over 30 citations in my life....
Fought and won at least 1/3 of them....
