The roads are wet and it's still looking like rain from the north. You could still go but there wouldn't be anyone there.

We've tried to have E@RTC on days when it was 40% chance of rain, but just not raining at the time and turnout is way too light to make it worthwhile, and the very guys who call the other guys pussies for now coming out in the rain and the ones who NEVER show up unless it's 72 and sunny.
