Anyone know this car from D&C Motorz?
I'm interested in purchasing this car:

Is anyone familiar with this car? Has anyone in the Portland area seen the car in person? I am concerned that the front intakes are painted black indicated that the bumper (at least) may have been repainted.
I did a search on the VIN and it looks like the car was once wrapped in white with stripes. Title looks clean based on CARFAX.
