Exotics at Redmond Town Center is Canceled for February 16 because of a very high chance of rain. We'll try for opening day next week if the weather cooperates. Like last year, we may see a stretch of false starts before we have the first nice weekend.

Fyi, If you don't know.. one of the parking lots we use is full of construction equipment. Looks like they are remodeling something in the area..

 

That's the construction for the new BJs. We've expanded our area west until it opens in April, so not an issue.

Rain was definitely here at my house, so good call to Tommy and the thugs to keep us at home. There's always hope for next week.

 

We're just the conduit on the weather. They are the ones who called it right. We do our best not to second guess their call and sometimes they get it wrong, but we still go with their forecast. We read the narrative and sometimes they will say that they are having a tough time calling it so we delay our call until they make their best guess. Still, the credit goes to the folks at Wunderground.

What was especially interesting was they called this one, right to the hour almost a week in advance. That's some sophisticated forecasting!

 

I was skeptical after a beautiful Friday the 15th, but it's raining where I'm at today 2/16.
