Do you handle traffic citations in WA? would you be willing to answer a quick well posed question regarding a multiple ticket traffic offence? I would love to get your feedback if so.

I have already have been found guilty by the courts and paid my fine and attorney here in Bellingham. This is not a solicitation for free services but rather a discussion on constitutionality of the law and interpretation of the RCW's / BMC's by the courts.
