I am curios to know how my car will hang with a 997 s. My car is 05 997 base 3.6 with full exhaust short shifter and softronic ecu flash I also have fabspeed cold air intake. I would just like to do a very friendly comparrison against a modded 3.6 vs. a stock 3.8.

 

So I got to run with all types of cars yesterday, I was able to stay with a stock s through all the gears pulled on the s at some points but never passed. One important thing to mention is I had 2 passengers with combined weight of 585 pounds that's all three of us. If I was by myself I would have been faster. I think my car is faster than the s in stock form.
