Brian and I already did a dry run to specifically check for the road conditions and we only found one potential hazard in one lane on the Tappan Zee Bridge, but there will be no problems for these cars, we made sure the route was good.

 

No can do for the cruise. I'm practically 15 min away from the shop so going on the cruise would be quite a trek. Just gonna pop in and check out the scenery. Looking forward to it.

 

Chris or Brian -

Did you guys see any locations along the route where we could get some nice photos of the cruise participants' cars?

 

Due to the fact that its only 45 miles or so we didn't plan on stopping, but I will be bringing a digital SLR camera and will be taking pictures during the cruise.

 

Sounds like a good time, If it's cool with you guys I'm thinking of taking the drive tomorrow with Chris (Oxygen). I'd love to see the shop, and see some of the cars...Can't remember the last time I was in CT

Thank you for coming, we had a great time, and it wasn't bad for our first cruise and open house, we hope to host many more in the future.

 

Now that a few days have passed since the open house and cruise we have had time here to sit down and talk about the event. First off the guys here at Performance Outfitters Group would like to thank everyone who attended, we had some great cars show up and even better quality people. Everyone on the cruise was safe and considerate of everyone else, and the people who came to the open house were very respectful of our shop and the cars in it. So we greatly appreciate the care, and that allows us to bring out expensive cars such as the Carrera GT that was present because we know the level respect.

We also found it to be a success because everything went well, we met some great people and were happy with the results.

So again thank you for all that attended, and for those that were unable to, we would be more than happy to have you stop by whenever you can.
