I was involved in a very serious car accident in the state of PA due to extreme negligence of another driver. I have been seriously hurt along with my father and a dear friend of mine. Head on collision in a tunnel, other driver lost control of his vehicle.

I practiced law in New York from 1968 to 1976 and have been practicing in Connecticut ever since. I know a number of excellent personal injury attorneys in Manhattan - undoubtedly among the very best. But you may have to bring suit in Pennsylvania in order to get personal jurisdiction over the driver who caused your accident. Send me a PM if you want referrals.
