Hey RSW, please check your email and get back to your customers! My GF emailed you about the defective KW coils you guys put on her car 5 weeks ago, and its getting to the point where when she turns, the suspension is making a nasty crunching noise.
I assume your warranty covers damage to the car from defective part because it's been months since the initial install... but what about liability from accident on a total suspension failure?

Unfortunately part of the process for returning a defective KW coilover is returning it to the manufacturer.
KW's warranty does cover the part and our warranty as always covers it if the manufacturers warranty doesn't, our 12 month 12000 mile warranty. I assure you we are moving as fast as we can with getting her a new shock just when the percentage of bad product that they ship is very low, they want to analyze exactly what failed before supplying a replacement!

Unlike most other aftermarket parts that are on the market today everything Akrapovič manufactures and sells is made to outlast the vehicle it’s being installed on. You read that correctly, these exhausts are made to outlast the average life of the vehicle.
Is this necessary? Of course not, but the regular 335i could of done you just find, but you bought the M3.... there's a reason, right?

In many cases, the same engine is offered in high, medium and low output models simply through factory ECU tuning alone. However, some models are more capable than others due to the supplied components such as the turbocharger, fueling system and other emissions related pieces.
The APR ECU Upgrade maximizes output in each scenario. Depending on the vehicle and attached components, torque and power output with APR’s ECU upgrade will vary.
APR’s Stage I ECU Upgrade can result in a gain of +30-60 horsepower and +30-90 FT-LBS of torque with no other modifications necessary.

In the factory form, Audi’s S5 4.2L FSI V8 leaves much to be desired compared to recent models proudly displaying the S badge. The APR, LLC. Stage III+ TVS1740 Supercharger System fills the void by adding an average of roughly 82% more horsepower and torque across the entire power band.
The results are nothing short of amazing; taking the S5 from 353 horsepower to 589 horsepower on pump fuel and 635 on race fuel without breaking a sweat!

The ESS Tuning BMW E92 M3 VT2-625 supercharger system produces 625hp and 410lb-ft of torque at 6.5-7psi of boost. A 211hp gain over stock, which is more than a Mercedes SLS Black Series.
Featuring the newly developed, self contained Vortech V3 supercharger unit in Si trim, the supercharger is capable of producing up to 775hp.
The VT2-625 comes with the largest capacity liquid intercooler system on the market integrated within a specially developed cast aluminum intake manifold assembly ‘ribbed’ with optimized runners and velocity stacks. This ensures the intake charge temps remain in check during prolonged use on the track, autobahn, or street.
The manifold was designed not only for optimum flow, but for minimal weight to not disrupt the iconic handling balance of the M3 The supercharger system includes the ESS E-Flash OBD2 cable and specific ESS MSS60 engine software that is perfectly calibrated for the VT2-625 supercharged engine providing optimum ignition timing under all conditions, recalibrated EGA's for quicker throttle response, recalibrated VANOS control, and perfectly optimized fuel delivery.
The E-Flash allows the end user to upload the supercharger ECU software from any computer. Any future ESS software updates can be received by email and loaded directly to the car. The stock ECU software will be saved and can easily be restored in the future.
Power delivery is 100% smooth and OEM-caliber. The car behaves just like stock until you demand power, then the car completely transform providing brutal acceleration normally reserved for pure race cars.
