Upgrading E-Class Headliner...... to Starlight Style (Rolls Royce)
After I showed it to him on Phantom Coupe, friend of mine loved it & decided he must have something very similar.....
Any ideas on how to aftermarket install the fiber optic lights (10K option from R-R....)
Or where to purchase accessories ?

you would need something like that. its mostly used in HT rooms for the house, but i would assume you could sandwich the fiber between another suede headliner.
