Range Rover full Size COnversion

Hi Guys:

Im thinking about picking up a RR HSE 03 as a DD. I want to update the look to a 07+, possibly the sc version. Apart from the brakes, wheels, rear lights, what else will i need?

FYI, I just bought an '06 RR SC about a month ago. Not the Sport. Anyway, I've been very pleased with it so far. To be honest, I'd just buy the SC, as opposed to spending the money to upgrade the HSE's looks. And, the extra power and performance is useful (at least it is here in the CO mountains). The price differential is negligible. A few thousand for comparable models and years. And, you'll blow through that in the wheels, tires, lights and brakes EASILY. But, there's also the grills (front & sides) and badging (black LR label and SC).

BTW, I drove them all. The RR HSE, RR SC, RRS and RRS SC. RR SC was the best of the bunch.

absolutely agree, the price difference is so small that it just doesn't make sense. if you were adamant on going for a 4.4 car however, i would definitely opt for the bmw engined version over the jaguar engined facelift.

I couldn't agree more. I wanted to save money so I bought a 05 HSE which I believe does have the BMW engine but now wish I just spent the extra money and gotten the supercharged. I am keeping it however and doing minor facelift work such as tails, grilles and painting etc along with a new set of RR 22"wheels. Will post a before and after pic for you and if you have ?s fire away.
