Hey guys hows it going, any help,input , advice and comments are greatly appreciated. i am looking to buy this range rover, i did a quick KBB to see the value and it came out to 12k in excellent condition but as you can see the sellers price is 25k, what would you guys say i should offer, thanks!

Why bother wasting that kind of money on a vehicle with that high of miles, if you must have it pay no more than 10k

 

Thanks for the quick response! THe owner said they have reciepts to prove that it has a new engine and tranny installed with less than 15k miles on it and it is warranted
