came in the mail:

 

3 brand new Porsches in the last 5 years and I get squat from Porsche. No memory stick, no street sign, no posters...... zilch! What gives Porsche???? Friends of mine whom have NEVER bought a new Porsche get all this stuff.......

Porsche figures they've already got us and there is no need to market to folks who are already customers is I'm sure the thought process but, what happens is our friends flaunt this stuff in front of us (when we see it hanging in their garage and we ask, where did you get that?????) so it pisses us off and we say WTF Porsche. The unintended consequence is Porsche alienates existing customers....
