I believe that is the video camera causing the LED taillights to flash while filming. Same reason why computer monitors blink when being filmed.

11-99 Foundation frame is not from the organization, is it?

Last frames I received as a result of supporting donations to the foundation were chrome. As I understand it, 11-99 frames and wallets with membership plaques are NLA as a result of unauthorized reproductions, auction sales and general mis-use.

I also am putting on the side grille thing in flat black. I just am not big on that silver side grille.

As for the plate, it was done by Vinyl Style. It's not from the CHP. Had them fabricate a replica and do trim in CF. I have my badge and card so that is all that really matters anyways. " straight from the CHP officers mouth "
