Works just fine. I drive in sport plus all the time, and in sport mode for shocks. It is more sporty than stock due to less rubber travel. I love it. Soft is for the girls.

Is it lowered? If so, how was it done? Looks lower than most Panameras I've seen.

Nope. The offset of the wheel is better than stock. Makes the wheel/tire combo fit under the car better. Peter had those wheels made to accomodate all that for a better look.
