Can the car be ordered from the factory equipped with one of these bumpers instead of the standard bumper?

yes it can. front, rear bumpers and side skirts are included in the aero package.

That's what I discovered yesterday when I finalized the specs on the PTT I ordered! Thanks for the response. I would have been happy to just get the front bumper, but you had to get all 3. I think the Sport Design front bumper makes the car look a bit more exotic from the front, which is cool.
