front turn signal bulb

has any one taken out those yellow turn signal bulbs in the front on non TT models and put some clear housed but amber flashing LED bulbs as turn signal light bulbs?

it's got LED everywhere except the front turn signal bulbs...what gives!?!?!

the other question is; does it require load resistors or is it running off solid state flasher/relay ???

probably have to take down the front fender to get to those, huh ?
just like the air filters...

Wow this is an old thread but I'm thinking the same thing. I know to properly get to them I have to get to the bumper. Is that easiest done through the wheel liners? Guessing by how old this thread is with no responses I'm thinking maybe no one has attempted?

Yes you can install chrome/amber flashing bulbs or LED. I suggest these:
https://www.amazon.com/iJDMTOY-Yello.../dp/B00NH4R2CU
I have used iJDM bulbs in other vehicles with success.

Jim,
Did anyone ever tell you how to do this? Did you succeed in installing LED bulbs? If so, what bulbs did you use, where did you buy them and how did you access the flasher housing. Also, did you have to use error-resisters.

Thanks for your help,
Alan.

As I mentioned above, iJDM offers no-hyper flash bulbs. I have used them in multiple vehicles with no errors/hyper flash.
