Suggestions for Panamera Cats - in stock

I'm looking to install a set of 200 cell cats on my Panamera turbo in the next week but I cannot find anyone who carries stock on them (tried fabspeed & FVD) anyone have any suggestion on whom may have them in stock for quick shipping???
