Spacers depend on new wheel offsets. I had 5mm on front, 7mm on rear. The Panamera doesn't allow for aggressive spacers on rear like the 911s and Boxster/Cayman, but can still accept 5-7 mms. Best to install new wheels and gauge the amount of space you have remaining. 22s will fill out the wheel very tight, but still depends on offsets.

Panamera right? Offsets will tell the true story, but they a tough size for either end - 9"/9.5" fronts, 10.5"/11" rears are the usual suspects. May be easier to sell them to a Cayenne owner (which uses that size wheel) and start over. Spacers may help you out in the rear, but the fronts are going to be trouble.
