buzzing sound

I am experiencing a buzzing sound on the passenger side in my 2011 PTT. Service thought they had it fixed but only for a short time as it is back. Anyone experience something similar?

My wife sits in the passenger seat most of the time - after a while it sounds like buzzing.....
