I ran over a nail about 2 mos ago in my P4S. Dealer patched the hole (for free) while I waited but the slow leak is still there. Need to put air in it about 2x/week.

Car has 13k miles on it. Tires look new.

I expect to order another Panamera and take delivery this time next year.

So, is it ok to just replace the 2 rear tires?

I replace in sets of two. My fronts wore out far quicker than the rears - I see no issue with replacing fornts or rears in sets of 2 when worn.

do Panny's come with RFT? BMW, which come with RFT, will not repair a nail/puncture. You have to replace the tire. I had a new RFT repaired at an indy shop with no ill effects, but when BMW saw the patch during a warranty replacement of all four tires, they would not honor the tire replacement warranty on that tire. I had to purchase that one to the tune of $460.

Your dealer should fix this. They did not fix it completely the first time.
