Problem transferring contact list from Droid 3

I did a search and did not find any help with the problem. My wife has a new Motorola Droid 3. She can get the phone to work with her P-4 except the names of the contact list will not transfer from the phone to car....only the telephone numbers.

Any ideas of how to solve this little issue?
