Exhaust for V6
Exhaust for V6
I have a Panamera 4. Coming off 4 TT's with Europipe exhausts I miss the power but really miss the rich tone of a great exhaust. Needed to make the switch for work travel purposes and really like the ride of the P 4. But would love a little grunt from the exhaust. Can't be too screaming or the neighbors will picket.
Anyone try any of the exhaust options available and have any 1st hand opinions of them. I would really appreciate the input.

From what we have seen with the V6, drone control is an issue. You need to retain a middle resonator and if possible add a valved exhaust.
The REMUS system was tested and TUV approved last week on the V6, it does not use a valve system but is the best priced cat-back for the Panamera and since it is TUV approved, does not emit any sort of drone.
IPE Innotech released a valved system for the V6 with a middle resonator, it's a lot louder when the valves are opened, but can become civil again with a quick press of a button. It is more expensive due to the valve system.

Awaiting this from REMUS right now. Since the V6 doesn't have any valves the pricing should be lower than the TT version. I will keep you posted.
No! However there is a manual mode if you want to keep them open - or closed at any given time.
