How many miles out of a set of tires?

I'm wondering how many miles you guys are getting out of a set of tires on the pannie?

On my 997, I'd get about 12K out of the rears and about 18K out of the fronts.

Wondering if I should expect similar wear on a pannie.

Will the 20" tires wear out much faster than the 18" or 19" tires?

I have 19" Continentals on my 4S and if they wear anything like the 19" Goodyears that were on my 750ix MSport I think I should get at least 20K...I parted with the 7 when it had 10600 on the odometer and there was barely any visible wear. I had 20" Michelins on my M6 and those were good for about 10K.

I'm near 19k and the fronts need to be replaced. The rears look like they have at least another 5k left in them so unfortunately I have to decide whether to prematurely scrap the rears just so I can change all four.

Interesting. The fronts wear quicker than the rears. I assume because the engine is in front and the weight wears them more.

On my 18" Continentals the driver rear tire wore the quickest, possibly from an alignment issue. I got a new set at 20k miles but it could've easily lasted another 3k.

If you're getting 10K+ miles from your tires on any Panny your're not using it properly!!!! :-) These cars are for fun!!! And if the fronts are wearing faster than the rears, you are definitely not using it properly!!!!!!
