Panamera Turbo Front bumper questions

Panamera Turbo Front bumper questions
Just got a 2010 PTT. The lower corner sections of the front bumper have a little curb rash on them. Do those corner sections come off, or can they be removed for refinishing? Or do I have to respray the entire front bumper to fix it?
Car currently has a front clear bra kit, and if those pieces come off, then I don't have to mess with the bra.

Well the dealer says the corner sectiions do not come off, and the lines above them are in case you bottom it out, so a paint shop can just tape off that section and respray. Dealer said they will cover this.
