Sport Exhaust System

Hey everyone,
Yesterday I visited the dealership and found a panamera that I liked. It is a V6 with 20" black wheels and sport design package. It also has the sport exhaust system and sounded so good! My question is, does anyone have this option? Is it worth it? Does it sound more like the GTS or the Turbo? I'm still confused, I might as well wait for the facelift or the new generation..
Thank you all

Another question, does the rear windows come tinted from the factory (USA)?

That is a very nice looking car. I have a 2012 PTT with sport exhaust, it is nice to have but offers no performance benefit. For the 2,900 I would have been better off spending the $ on GIAC tuning. I got it because my car was highly optioned and I felt if I did not have it, it may hurt resale value. It is not cheap, it does work, but it is not loud. For a GTS I think it is a must. I have 2 friends with PTT's with aftermarket exhaust, albiet more $, they are a much better answer for the Turbo.

Good luck with your search.

Will it have the same sound on the V6? And please tell me why do you this is a must on a GTS and not another model? Thank you

Not sure about the V6 sound. Basically it is a valve at the rear that opens on start up, for a nice brrappp, then closes to keep things nice and quite. The Sport button simply opens the valve so you get more noise. Most likely the V6 will make more noise, like the 4S and S do than the PTT, as the turbos mute the noise on the way out.

The GTS has more noise, it is piped into the cab and this offers you even more noise. So if you want more noise in your Luxury Sport Sedan or in the case of the GTS in your sport sedan - then the Sport exhaust is a good choice. If you want more noise and more performance, then aftermarket exhaust is a better choice.

Regardless it has upside and no downside, so if you can find a car with it that meets your criteria, why not just add it on.

How much does it cost on the V6 model anyway?

I'm not really sure but this particular car I attached costs $124K! Yeah I'm into the sound more than the performance since the higher models are too expensive in Bahrain.
