used Panamera carfax question

I'm searching for the right used Panamera 4S. I found one that might work. It's a 2010 with less than 25k miles on the clock. But its' carfax doesn't have many entries. It shows it was serviced at 7k miles, but then nothing since. Is this anything to worry about? I'd be buying it as a CPO vehicle from a Porsche dealer, which makes me feel a bit better.
Thanks for any input!

no entries is good. That means it probably had only one owner so the title hasn't been transferred around and no accidents both of which would create an entry on carfax

does the dealer have more recent service record? or the car has not been serviced in the last 18k miles? if it's the latter, i would make sure the service is done before paying. all fluids should be changed (engine oil, brake fluid at a minimum), wiper blades. the car should be inspected for brake, belt and tire wear.

The dealer tells me all maintenance would be brought up to date given the car is being sold as a certified vehicle. The car was never serviced at their dealership.
My concern is that no service was performed in the last 18k miles. Or at least no service was recorded on carfax. All of my dealer service visits are recorded on the carfax report of my current vehicle (annual service visits), so the fact that no service was recorded in the last 18k miles seems strange.
I though it was standard for modern Porsches to get the oil changed every 10k miles or 1 year? Is it a big deal that this car may have gone 18 months and 18k miles without an oil change?

If its a CPO, don't worry.
