Anyone shod their Panny with the new ContiSportContact3 ZR?

I replaced the rears on my 2011 v6 RWD at 25,000mi and the fronts were fine. Now at 33,000, I have apparently hit a pothole or something, throwing the alignment out and wearing the inside of one of my fronts. So I went to my local shop (who usually can get anything I need) and they tell me the ContiProContact's I had are no where to be found in stock. I get online tonight and can't find any either. So I ordered a pair of the CSC3 ZR for the front because I need something on them. Both are N0 tires, and it appears that the 3's are custom fitted for the Panamera.

There are a few differences noted in the specs on tirerack, notably tread life and tread width (not tire width). I'm ignoring speed rating because they are both 150+ tires, faster than I will take this V6.

If anyone has made the switch did you notice any difference in handling or comfort?
