Is this a fair price? used 2013 GTS

I am looking at a 2013 Panamera GTS, with 14K miles on the odometer
Equipment includes 911 Turbo II wheels, park assist, Bose surround stereo, ventilated front seats, Lane change assist, 14 way front power seats.
Will be out of warranty in June 2016 (2.5 years more)
Single owner car in good shape. Front end is scraped on the bottom from the driveway I guess. Owner is asking $112,000 which seems a little steep to me.

What would be a fair price for this pre-owned car?

For comparison's sake I priced a new 2014 GTS with identical equipment on the Porsche website and came up with MSRP of around $123,000, but I would have to wait several months to get it if ordered.

Thank you for your input.

Seems steep to me as well. In my opinion that car (a `13 with 14K on the clock) should be priced around $105K.

Thank you. I think that would be a fair counter-offer.

I find it impressive that a used car with 14K miles can still command a price like that when the new sticker price last year was 123K! I suppose demand and supply plays a role too. I looked up KBB as well, and its in the same ball park.

100-105. You can get a CPO car for less.
