Duuuude.......those wheels look awesome. In looking at the before pics, its almost embarrassing that Porsche would even sell those stock wheels...they look like 15" rims haha. Good choice!

My car is a Project Kahn 'Black Label' Limited Edition
Running 22" Kahn RSXF Alloys on lowered Kahn Sport Springs which make for a tight sporty ride and really look the part aswell.
Also has Project Kahn Crosshairs exhaust, Aluminium sport pedals& Kahn sill guards with the Manufacturers Sports Steering wheel.
The Guys at Kahn Design have done a great job with the black Label Panamera.
I never ever thought a Diesel would be so much fun to drive, especially coming from a Cayenne Turbo, but a click of the sports Plus button and it's super responsive.
Don't like speed bumps tho!!!

tufosi,

I live in NC not too far from charlotte. It's hard to find a shop that works on Panameras. How was your experience with GMP? Did they get you the exhaust?

GMP is extremely well known in through out a lot of car forums. And they do excellent work... I would highly, highly recomend them. You go there you always see a lot of Porsches, BMW, Audi's getting some insane work done. The guy that I have dealt with is Adam...nice guy and very helpful.

GMP did all my suspension work and aligment... but I got my exhaust from another shop that was running a special on the Meisterschaft... otherwise I would of got it from GMP.

tufosi,

I called GMP yesterday, and spoke with one of the reps. I spoke with them about changing my exhaust and they said they would store my stock one for me for $150 per year, and then resell my new one if I trade my car in and want to swap the mufflers back. Pretty cool.

They were trying to sell me a "sprint booster". This is a device that attaches to the accelerator pedal and increases the response of the gas pedal significantly. It apparently changes the ECU response to depressing the gas pedal. Have you heard about this and my concern would be if it would effect my warranty as mine has the CPO for 6 years.

Any thoughts? BTW, do you mind sharing how much you paid for your exhaust..it sounds awesome.

I'll send you a PM on price exhaust info..

Yeah they told me a about the sprint booster too... I did some research on it and everyone seems to love it in the porsche world... it does not add any HP but what it does is make the gas more responsive. Everyone says that they know that they didn't add any extra HP to the car but that the car feels quicker because how much more responsive the car is. Do your research and see what people say... I found a ton of people with 996 and 997 that have them... and a few with Panameras. I think is a simple installation that shouldn't mess with your warranty talk to the guys at GMP about that they should know more about the subject.

That is interesting. I'm located in Charlotte as well and my one issue about this car is how the gas sometimes doesn't respond fast unless I'm in Sports mode.

you might want to check out that sprint booster too then... Im conteplating the idea of doing that at some point too... I think they told me that the booster installed is around the $300... so is not too crazy expensive for a change.

Can you PM me your price on your exhaust too please? I've been contemplating whether to do a custom route or swap.
