I have a 2014 Panamera Turbo with Sports Chrono and am thinking of installing a Power Kit 1 from Evolution MotorSports. I can only see data on their website for 2011 models http://www.evoms.com/EVOMS_Power_Kit...tun970tpk1.htm
It looks like the ECU increase hp from 500 to 580 on a 2011 model, I woud like to know if anyone had installed it on a 2014 model? Since the 2014 model stock comes with 520 hp, 0-60 in 3.9s (3.7 s w/ Sport Chrono) and Top Track Speed 189 mph see http://www.porsche.com/usa/models/pa...panamera-turbo
I am wondering if I would get 600hp after installing the ECU? Any data you may have on a 2014 Panamera Turbo with EVOMS ECU would greatly be appreciated!

 

I don't think anyone has cracked the code on the newer panamera's yet. If they have I have not seen any results.

 

I contacted ETG about the ECU upgrade for the PTT and here is their reply

 

So the question now is does the new Panny have the SDI6 ECU?

 

Thanks for your help, I just saw the ad post ETG put up back in 09-23-211,they are saying they increased the older STOCK Panamera from 500 hp to 630 hp.If I take out the additional 20hp that is still very impressive. I don’t know ifI have an SD16 ECU, I don’t even know where to look. I have used GMPperformance here in Charlotte to install an Escort for me and they were great.A Gabe from EVOMS sales has emailed GMP this

“The numbers will be for the previous years, however the modulewill still provide the same hp/tq gains for the 2014 Panamera Turbo. The new2014 Panamera is going to on our list to get in here to get specific data, butwe have already proven that the modules work on the new 2014 Panamera’s”

This is the main reason for my original post, I just wanted to seeif anyone else has done it. I will probably continue looking for a week or so,but if I take a chance and get it installed next week I will for sure post how itworked and how well or bad my experience with it on a 2014 Panamera Turbo.

 

991s have the SD18 so Porsche could have changed the ECU across the board.

 

I know GIAC has done a few 2014 PTT's so they should have it available for your vehicle. Feel free to PM me if I can help you out.
