Panny v6 mufler adjustment

Hello
This is a pic of the rear mufler, two sites at each mufler
And only one is attached to the tip, i want to make my v6 panny
Roar a bit loader without installing the after market systems,
I ve read as well that opening this closed site, weld it to the the other pipe will do the job, any ideas, risks?
