I stop at rest area on 64 west heading WVA on the way inside a VA state trooper who parked pulls up and blocks my path across the parking lot. Now I am thinking "here we go with some BS what could I have done just parking?"
Well he proceeds to inform "that I need to be careful because drug dealers are stealing the LIGHTS out of the Pan to use in growth of weed" WTF
I responded with "WTF yeah right" he replied that he was not kidding it's happening more and more especially up in the mountains area. I have never heard of anything going on like this has anyone else heard of this happening anywhere? I think he was F-ing with me just doesn't sound legit.

Trooper is correct! It's old news. I've heard in on the news and it's happening all over the US. Be careful where you park you ride.
