Nick, "DMV", as in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Is the "DMV" expression a Maryland thing? I've lived in VA for 25 years and never used the term once. Unless referring to the aforementioned governmental agency.

I cannot recall anyone on this side of the river using it around me either. I have heard it used on the late night news, though.

Oh, and congrats on the car. You are a brave soul going with Cream seats. We have Cognac and it's a bit lighter than I was expecting. Might need to get some vinyl slip covers for the thing. LOL

Thanks Ace.

I did get a word of caution from the sales person about the light colored seats and jeans. lol@Vinyl. Hopefully there is a spray I can put on to stop the color leaching from my jeans. Wonder if you have looked into something like that.

I picked it up from my Godson a few years ago. Since then, I have heard that term used a lot on the local (D.C.) news shows. Frankly, I think it's an apt expression given the the interrelationships of our three jurisdictions.
