Extra set of tires and or wheels for winter
#16
I drive my PGTS in winter, no problems. In fact, I have a long, steep, winding driveway, and never had any problems getting up and down even with 6" to 8" of snow on it.

Allseasons are a gamble. A tradeoff. It really depends on the type of winter we have.
A Panamera on A/S tires in a light snow will likely do ok. Then it's just a matter of avoiding the throngs of idiots who don't know that summer tires become rocks in winter and probably wouldn't care if you explained it to them.
Out my way, the average seasonal snowfall is between 50-65" with up to 100"++ possible in those really bad years. I'd like to put snows on the car, but the wife is usually pretty good about taking the correct vehicle on the days when the weather is questionable.
Anything over 6-8" is going to stop a Panamera dead in its tracks, no matter which shoes it's wearing.
