Seems like reasonable deal. Looked at my paperwork again and I paid just under $70k full up, not $67k as I said earlier, and mine is a 2011 4S with similar options and had 22k on it.

To answer your earlier question about 4S vs. 4, yes it it definitely worht it.

Thanks again. Btw. What does full up mean? All in w/ taxes? Im going to see if I can get closer to the 70 mark.

Meant everything except taxes. 70k would be a really good deal IMHO.

Rather than continuing to squabble over $$$ (which may get you $1k lower if you counter @ $71k and they come in @ $72k), you might want to consider proposing that they add "stuff" to sweeten the deal -- e.g. you'll accept their $73k offer if they throw in free scheduled maintence for the next 30k miles and provide you with a free loaner car(or something that would cost you $3k to get from them but would cost them a lot less to provide to you). Or, you could simply counter by advising you'll pay $73k if they throw in a $3k credit off of future service --

Instead of simply asking them to accept less $$$, you'll likely go farther asking for retail $ credits on stuff they could provide to you at a cost that's a lot less than retail $ and that you'd want from them anyway

Thanks. I thought about that but the dealership where I'm buying the car is 3 hours away from my house and will not be my service point.

Bottom line I just want a good deal. I think I'm there !

I was going to suggest this as well but if you are 3 hours away from the dealer, I don't think that's going to work out. I don't know if you want to split a hair at this point but offer 71.5k (half way) if you are OK with it. If you like the car though, I don't see how 1.5k can affect your final decision. GL with the car.
