Brake pulsing in 2013 4S Hybrid

Brake pulsing in 2013 4S Hybrid
With gentle stops (coming to red lite), my brakes pulse. It appears to be related to the electric motor competing with the hydraulic brakes. Any one have this? Suggestions? Service did a software upgrade, but it didn't help. Panny is an S not 4S.
