Front suspension - have parts been redesigned?
I have a 2010 PTT. 6 months ago, in the shop for front end noise; improved with new upper and lower control arms. Now back in shop with same issues; sway bars are to be replaced next.
so:
1) why doesn't everyone have this issue?
2) Are the new parts redesigned?
3)Was this fixed in later model cars?

Yes - I have read the posts; but what is not clear is if the fixes are "permanent" and why does it not occur in 2014 and later models - is it a redesign in later years and for replacement parts?

From what I've heard it's a slight redesign and added robustness.
