Is it just me?

Wanted some feedback from members of the forum. Is it just me or does having a license plate on the front of your panamera take away from its beauty?

I personally cant stand it and will rather pay the ticket if pulled over by a cop that drill holes on this beauty. I know I probably sound irresponsible but I cant help it.

It's not just you. I won't put one on, and in many years of driving cars in California that similarly shouldn't have front plates, only a meter maid type mentioned that I didn't have one and should. But he didn't write a ticket for it.

If you get a ticket for it just get a tow hook plate that you can remove after getting the ticket fixed.

Definitely not you. I got stopped for not having a lp in the front. I told the officer that the car didn't even have holes for the plates. He starts explaining how I can drill them in using an after market kit. I'm thinking, yeah, right. I'm not drilling holes in my car. I think he knew it, too, because he let me go with a warning. Our babies are too beautiful for that.

I know a guy who decided that the twice a week $90 tickets the meter maids give out (major revenue source...they train them to walk down the left side of streets to easily see cars without front plates) was getting expensive. So he put the plate on an off-center tow hook plate holder that he would put on & off whenever he parked.

That lasted 3 days, until he forgot to put it on and got another ticket.

Now he drives around with it on full time.

Dumbest, ugliest thing you can do to a nice car, driving around with an off-center plate.
