Foglight/turnsignal
For foglight/turn signals, just wondering what years fit what? and are they purely bolt on meaning the connections just snap on? Would turbo/gts signal lights bolt on to P4S?

No. Mounting and electrical are different.

Panamera does not come with foglights.
