Engine Coolant Issues

I have been having ongoing issues with the engine coolant in my 2011 Panamera Turbo. The gauge fluctuates when the car starts with the warning light coming on. There is no leak from what I can see. The dealer tops it up, and the problem seems to go away, then I get a new message. Then I had this come up on the PCM while driving...any one had a similar problem?

Thanks!

I have a 2011 as well and I had huge coalant problem 1 month ago . Even after fully refilling it on the next morning when I go to the car , it was completely drained . It didnt show any leaking , thats what ticked my nerves because I stareted to read stupid nonsense that it was a sign head gasket was failing !!! But thank God no. The plastic tubes behind the engine where melted down so the dealer replaced and forged some aluminium tubes .
My advice , remove the intake manifold and the cover under the wind sheeld. You will se the plastic tubes disconencted and melted down.
