Brake Problem Advice - 2014 4S

I need some help with a problem on a 2014 Panamera 4S.

On 3 separate occasions, when braking normally, the brakes seem to completely lock up hard and the brake pedal goes completely down to the floor. Once the car stops and I remove my foot from the brake pedal...everything goes back to normal.

When the brakes lock, it feels like the car has hit a brick wall they come on so completely and suddenly.

Obviously this is highly intermittent. Brake fluid level is correct and there are no fluid leaks under the car.

I am waiting to get it into the dealers, but I really would like some pointers (if anyone has any) about what could be causing this as my initial discussion with the service department did not fill me with confidence they will be able to identify the issue as it is so intermittent.

Thanks

Probably 2 things. Either no brake fluid in the master cylinder or the master cylinder broke.
