While driving along the PCH today past Malibu I came upon a non-camouflaged 2017 Panamera. The car had Michigan "manufacturer" tags and, at first from behind I thought it was a new Cayman. Only "Porsche" lettering covered the rear. As I pulled from behind I saw that the car had front and rear doors...hence, not a Cayman...the profile was gorgeous. My first thought was that it more resembled a longer 911. I gave it a thumbs-up as I passed and noticed that from the front the car was unmistakably a Panamera. In sum, home run!

 

I saw a couple in SanFran last week as well. Black units with non-carbon brakes.

 

I saw one this week in Denver. Had lots of test equipment on it. The guy pulled into a starbucks so I followed him. He said he was conducting final tests. I liked the way it looked. The color was two tone tan and dark brown. Never seen that on a Pcar. It was not camouflaged. I like the way they look but am pretty pleased with my 2014 PTT.
