Panamera pcm language problem

Dear all
My language is not listed in the PCM of my panameraS 2010.

How to add it to the listing !!?

any idea...

I contacted porsche dealer for my country by phone and by email. They both said, there is no way to add your language.!! So, you have to change all the PCM hardware and software to the models 2014+ . !!! (( this is because main factory does not provide us with any updates for the 2010-2013 PCMs.!!!!!!!!!!!!)
