Extended Warranty Cost
Any opinions about this Extended Warranty cost schedule:
6 years or 75K miles $4385
6 years or 100K miles $6192
7 years or 85K miles$6232

8 years or 100K miles $7628
All with $250 deductible offered directly through Porsche for new 2016 Porsche Panamera Edition.

Those prices might be okay depending on what is covered. If a bolt breaks in the engine and ruins the engine, is that covered? The clutches are a wear item and may require replacement of the PDK if they fail. Is that covered? Do they pay the full labor rate or use an average value for your area? My experience is that there can be loopholes so you need to read the fine print before signing. Usually it's best to look into a warranty, with help from the dealer just before the original warranty expires. You have a lot of time to investigate. Good luck.
