I've owned my Panamera e-hybrid for 3 months, and already the underside of the front bumper is all thrashed. I recently saw an ad on eBay for some skid plates. Has anybody installed these? What are your opinions?

Either you put scrapes in the the bumper through normal driving and spend a few hundred re-painting (when you deem it necessary)

OR


you spend a few hundred on a skid plate and put holes in the bumper by attaching the skid plate with rivets


Seems like a wash to me. Like you, I would prefer not to have bumper scraped, but I decided to just live with it.
